We have been working on V4.0 for quite some time now and as a result there are over 150 additional features, including:

  • New Menu Design
  • Dashboard Reports
  • Folder Management in Job Bags
  • My Coach
  • Convert Quotes to Sales Order with ‘one click’ – Quotes and Job Bags
  • Ability to Mass Close Quotes
  • Ability to disable the ‘Print Position’ pop-up on Quotes
  • Ability to set default WQ Ratio and hide calculator button
  • Marketing Tags added to Supplier DB

Meet Nathan Wisniewski

Nathan is the latest addition to the Technical Support team, having recently completed a BTEC National in Business & Administration, BTEC First in ICT and an OCR National Business and ICT award.

He’s on hand to help with technical enquiries, and in his spare time is completing an Open University course in Astronomy!

Download on Demand

Download on Demand is used when you want to download a product or a selection of products from www.tradeonlysearch.com or www.envoygroup.co.uk.

You’re able to download the products into PromoServe, which will then open a quote with the products in it or download the products into your product database.

Customising Key Documents
There are several areas in each of the key documents in PromoServe such as Quotations, Sales and Purchase Orders where the text displayed can be customised.

Real Ale Madrid put in strong performance at the PPD Football Cup

Real Ale Madrid reached the quarter finals of the PPD Football Cup after two wins and two defeats in the group stage of the competition.  In a close quarter final match, Real Ale were knocked out on Penalites to Adproducts ….. it never crossed the line!

Still a great day was had by all, and the team is looking forwards to next years competition which we will actually train for this time!

Software Master Class Timetable

We know that the more you understand about your software or website, the greater the return you’ll receive on your investment. In order to help you maximise that value all Software Master Class courses are completely FREE OF CHARGE to most software users.* 

Software Master Class courses are designed for existing users of PromoServe and TransAction Software, or ClickPromo websites, and are pitched ‘from the ground up’. They are ideal for finding out more about the software, refreshing your memory, learning best practice and for training up new members of staff.

Each full day course is limited to six delegates and lunch is provided. Most courses are currently held at our training facilities in Sheffield, however we will explore other locations based on user demand.

What has the support team been up to?

Gareth is now a mster of DIY after painting his bathroom radiator and varnishing his front and back door sills.

Richard is getting ready for the PPD Football Cup and trying to get the PromoServe team in to some sort of fit state. Are you entering a team?

Leyon is off on his holidays AGAIN to Butlins in Skeggy. He is going to enter Mr Skegness 2011 so we all wish him luck.

Nathan has a birthday soon. He will be 29 and will be making the most of this year before he is officially meant to be sensible.
