PromoServe has been developed especially to deal with the specific requirements of the promotional products industry. If you have any ideas on how the software can be improved then please contact the PromoServe user group. The user group is an independant group of our software users who are closely involved with the future development of the software.

The user group meets every quarter at a variety of locations across the UK. It is a genuine user group managed by the users not PromoServe Business Systems. Any requests to join must be addressed to the group chairman.
The Group's key objectives are
- Review, prioritise and suggest development objectives
- Share user knowledge, experience and industry tips
- Feedback on Trade Only products and services
- Preview and submit an advanced evaluation of new features
