All software is licensed under the conditions detailed in the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

Software is provided on the basis that you have a stable operating system and/or network. No responsibility can be taken for your current hardware or software installations. We are happy to work with your IT support company or department to help resolve any issues that may arise but this work may be chargeable.

Support is available to all users via the web, e-mail or telephone as part of your monthly software lease and is subject to a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Monthly Software Leasing prices are fixed for a minimum period of 12 months (or whatever the agreed contract period). After this time they will only be increased in line with the current rate of inflation.

The monthly software leasing costs are payable by direct debit every month - failure to pay these costs will result in the suspension of support and will evenutally lead to the software ceasing to work.

The monthly software lease can only be cancelled if you uninstall the software after the initial contract period - in these circumstances you must give 30 days written notice that you have uninstalled the software before the contract can be terminated.

All training and installation services are supplied for a contracted time period, not for a specific task.

All consultancy services will be provided on a confidential basis to an agreed plan.

All consultancy, training or site visits booked are subject to a 7-day notice period for cancellation. A 50% cancellation charge may be charged for any visit cancelled within 7 days.

Software functionality is as detailed on the product specification guide and demo disk supplied. Please ensure you are happy with the functionality before purchase, as the software is supplied as a package and modifications to the standard features may not be possible. The package does feature extensive user customisation options so please check with our office or your adviser that the functionality you require is included.

Exceptionally, additional programming is undertaken to specific requirements. A specification will be provided prior to any additional programming be completed to ensure we cover your exact needs. The specification must then be signed off for the work to be completed. A 50% deposit is required for all bespoke programming.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the software and no liability will be accepted for any additional costs arising from the use / misuse of the software supplied.

The intellectual property of the software (including any additional programming) remains with Industry Software Ltd and the software is licensed to your company.

Any data supplied to you / received from you is subject to the appropriate data protection acts and should / will be used in relation to the appropriate instructions. Advice is available on all relevant areas.

For your protection the programming source code of our software has been made the subject of an escrow agreement. If you would like to join this scheme you will be responsible for your own legal costs.
