PromoServe's monthly rental services include telephone support during normal office hours (8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday). Please call 0844 509 00 30        and select Option One.

Issues can also be logged by email (please click here) or electronic enquiry form (please fill in below). Outside office hours, extensive help sheets are available for most aspects of the software (please click here to access).
