Cannot switch off ability to delete contact in 212 Cust View - 23/07/2008

Issue:
When you switch off the ability to delete contact in routine set up - it is not available when you click change contact but is still available in split screen at top lecvel - can we make sure it cannot be used at this level as well
Details:
Assuming the problem is the reverse of above in that it was working at Customer view level but not when you clicked change, it is now fixed.
