Making sure your system is implemented correctly
In our experience far too many software installations fail because of bad management by the software company, unrealistic expectations from the client that are not managed by the software company and lack of time spent on the project by the client.
Implementing a new system is a partnership between us – you must invest time in implementing the system. Please do not expect us to turn up, install the software, do some basic training and leave without being involved.
The typical time allocated to each stage of the process is detailed on the Install & Training Form. For clarity we also detail our minimum recommended times.
As a general rule if you have not purchased the recommended amount of time from us this means the work must be done by you and your team.
Time required on an install will vary dramatically based on:

Client performing the agreed tasks on the Project Plan and Install & Training Form allocated to them within agreed timescales

Client Staff attendance for agreed training sessions detailed in project plan

Assumption of a basic knowledge of Windows Operatings System by all client staff

Hardware correctly configured as per Project Plan and in full working order

Data provided by client to the agreed standard laid out in the Project Plan

Suitable environment available for training
Please note for smaller businesses it is possible to self install our software but this is not recommended for 5 plus users. Self Install should only be undertaken if you have reasonable IT and system experience.
