When we sell you PromoServe™ it is our intention to make sure you get what you are expecting - a tool to dramatically change your business by saving you money and improving your sales performance and efficiency.
To help make sure this happens we have developed a sales and implementation process and offer the following steps:
Prior to Order
- We provide you with a fully functional working demo to review before purchase
- We provide you with a detailed 100 page specification of the software functionality for you to review and sign off
- We will present you with a detailed time analysis of training and install services required to implement the software
Once Order Received
- We will send you a Quick Start Guide and Customer Preparation document
- We will provide a detailed project timetable and checklist
- You have access to our dedicated software support team
- A dedicated consultant will be appointed to oversee your implementation
- If required / budgeted we will provide a consultant to review your processes and document the best way to implement the software for your organisation
Once Order Implemented
- We will ask you to complete a customer satisfaction form to confirm you are happy with how our software works for you - any issues will be reviewed by our services team
- You now have access to our dedicated software support team
- We will be running specialist training courses at regional locations in the UK to keep improving both the software and job skills training for PromoServe™
- You will have access to our PromoServe™ User Group to share ideas with other software users
- Your dedicated account manager will offer you a regular bi-annual software audit / review
