New One Hour Workshops

Our FREE One Hour Workshops are the latest initiative to help you achieve more.

They are live online training sessions called webinars, during which you can see and hear the trainer explaining various aspects of the system.

You'll be able to type in your questions, and the Workshops are recorded and archived on www.promoservehelp.com.

Software Master Classes

In order to help you maximise your return on investment, all Software Master Class courses are completely FREE OF CHARGE to most software users*.

Master Classes are designed for existing users of PromoServe and TransAction Software, or ClickPromo websites, and are ideal for finding out more about the software, refreshing your memory, learning best practice and training up new members of staff.

Most full day courses are currently held at our training facilities in Sheffield, however we will explore other locations based on user demand.

*Master Class courses are NOT FREE if you are using PromoServe as part of the Spectrum 'Selling Success' Package Deal - but you can upgrade your package for £10 per month to include this benefit, and send as many delegates as you like on as many courses. Alternatively, if there's just one course that you feel would be useful, you're welcome to pay a one off fee of £50 for that course (again, you can send as many delegates as you wish).
