PromoServe Catalogue

As the name suggests PromoServe Catalogue has been developed especially for Catalogue Groups to enable them to use PromoServe as a reference system for recording details about their product ranges.

Input Options

• Product details can either be input one at a time or imported from supplier spreadsheets
• Suppliers already using PromoServe will be able to send data that can be imported
• Once input there is a management function to change product codes so products can be input with provisional codes
• Products from previous years catalogues can be copied to current year to save input time
• Images can be bulk uploaded if stored with same reference as product code
• Each product record has hundreds of fields including short description, long description, print specification, categories, prices & quantities, suppliers & costs, additional costs, supplier codes & associated products  

Export Options

• Enables you to create a csv or xml file containing your chosen fields for upload to your website or supply to your catalogue producers / designers
• Once input your product file can be sent to your group members for one click upload to their software or published to the web
• Produces product record cards by supplier for products - so product details can be double checked
• Can created your own printed reports by product, supplier, category etc etc

Deployment for members

• License includes the costs of deploying a fully branded searchable catalogue of your product details to your customer who do not want to use the full PromoServe Software
• Product updates can be published on the web, burnt to CD or e-mailed to any member
• Members can then upgrade to full PromoServe to use quotes & orders if required

Optional Extras 

• Group Members can also subscribe to the vitual sample service - catelogue providers can upload their products free of charge to www.promosample.co.uk
• Group Members can also create their own bespoke online catalogues with your group products using our www.createcatalogue.co.uk
• Members can have their own e-commerce website linked to this system www.quickorder.uk.com
