Mail Cannon

Mail Cannon can be used alongside your Industry Software application or as a stand alone eMarketing tool. It allows you to send HTML and plain text e-shots to your eMail marketing lists via Industry Software’s servers removing any potential difficulties or issues with your Internet Service Provider.

You can then review activity and auto report on campaign results, including the following information:

1. Number of Messages Viewed
2. Viewers who clicked through to a website
3. Viewers who forwarded the Message to a colleague

Mail Cannon also enables you to build integrated Subscribe forms which can be pasted onto your website or into your e-shot, and include a customised Unsubscribe link in the email.

Additionally, Mail Cannon auto manages unsubscribe requests, deals with duplicates and removes incorrect addresses from multiple lists.

Key Functions

• Upload and store mailing lists from your Industry Software application or other application
• Schedule a date and time for the e-shot to be sent out
• Upload your HTML file (can be generated using www.html-editor.co.uk) and choose whether Mail Cannon should auto-generate a text version
• Send the e-shot to single or multiple stored mailing lists - Mail Cannon will automatically detect and remove any badly formed or duplicate addresses
• Generate auto-report on best sending times - daily or hourly
• Auto-report on Messages Viewed, Number of Click Throughs to your website, and number of emails forwarded to a friend or colleague
• Auto-report on Messages Bounced, Unsubscribed or No Action Taken
• Build forms to request subscriptions to your mail outs - e.g. Enter your email address here to receive our newsletter’. Post HTML script to your website or HTML e-shots
• Include a customised Unsubscribe link in the email
• Mail Cannon automatically removes Unsubscribe requests from your mailing lists
• Allows you to include the recipients name or email address, eg "Dear Liz,"
• Allows you to include a "Forward to a friend" link
