Accounts Package

We have developed our own fully functional accounts package, designed by accountants and currently being accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Your Industry Software solution can either be used to post the nominal, sales and purchase ledger transactions generated to a third party accounts package or it can use this module to automatically post the entries to its own Nominal Ledger / Accounts System.

The sales, nominal and purchase ledger posting are all included in the software as standard, but this module allows you to make journal entries, manage your bank and view a full nominal transaction history.

It allows you to generate approved financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance as well producing VAT returns and allowing Bank reconcilliation.

Based on traditional double entry accounting principles and using control accounts, any Sage trained bookkeeper will be able to easily use this routine. You can also use our BVxL reporting software to allow the creation of specialist financial reports in virtually any format.
